Until now, the only 991 GT2 RS intercooler upgrade was a band-aid for the stock water spray system, a larger tank that simply delayed running out of water before the factory ECU limited output. Once empty, your GT2 RS would struggle with charge temps and limited power.
CSF and PWR joined operations to deliver an F1 performance-grade core that eliminates heat soak and lowers charge air temps on stock, tuned, and tracked cars. The 2-row cores feature 3mm tall rolled tubes with turbulated inner fins, paired with a 4.85mm multi-louvered ambient fin, the most efficient fin in the global high-performance industry.
Designed around the same 87mm thick cores and 103mm wide side channel end plates as OEM for a true plug-and-play drop-in installation that requires absolutely no modifications and no trimming of the expensive OEM carbon fiber air ducts. Pressure tested at 120 psi for maximum reliability in extreme boost applications.
