CSF's Porsche 991 Turbo intercoolers have been race-tested, logged, and fully validated by some of the world's best Porsche tuners. They are critical for vehicles running performance tunes with bolt-on modifications and considered a mandatory upgrade for cars running upgraded turbo systems.
The core grows from the OEM's 80mm width to 115mm, and the larger-capacity bar/plate design handles significantly more airflow and boost pressure than the OEM intercooler. An aerospace-grade nano-particle heat dispersion coating, applied in California by a Boeing supplier, dissipates heat around 35% better than uncoated raw aluminum.
100% TIG-welded cast end tanks replace the OEM crimped plastic-tank design that can crack under high boost, and distribute airflow evenly throughout the entire intercooler. OEM-style quick-connect machined fittings deliver precise fitment, lock, and seal, and each unit is pressure tested at 120 psi for reliability in extreme boost applications.
